CNC Machining Capability
​

• CNC Envelope: 500 x 500 x 1000 mm
• Maximum turning diameter – 2.95 inches (75 mm)
• Minimum turning diameter – 0.16 inches (4 mm)
• Hollowed (bored) parts cannot have walls thinner than 0.04 (1.0 mm)
• Sharp corners along walls will be filleted by approx. 0.5 mm
• CNC milling will have a tolerance of between 0.005 (0.125 mm)

Plastic Injection Molding

• Maximum parts dimension: 450 x 750 x 200 mm
• Nominal wall thickness: 0.75 mm to 25 mm
• Draft angle: 1-5 degrees for vertical walls
• Sharp corners will have mold tooling filleted by 0.5 mm
• Mold tooling turnaround will take 4-6 weeks
• Prototype aluminum and production steel tooling  

Electronics Manufacturing

• Through-hole and surface mounted technology (SMT)
• Printed Circuit Board (PCB) etching and soldering
• Visual and optical inspection
• In-circuit checking and validation
• 3D printing of prototype plastic enclosures
• Plastic injection molding of electronic enclosures
